RENEW, RESET AND RECHARGE
Price: $40.00 per child
We have a jam packed fun night to spend with your kids. From sports, games, obstacle courses, arts & crafts, movies & more. We have something for every interest and age. We accept kids ages 4-13 (must be potty trained). Dinner included! Let us watch your kids and you go out and enjoy a date night, or night out on the town. Date night is from 5pm – 9pm, you may drop off any pick up at any time in between. No walk-ins allowed the day of.

EVOLVE WELLNESS INCLUDES:
Personal TRAINING
Small Group Training with a focus on your individual goals and limitations. Working in a group, you will get encouragement, support and engage with other goal-minded individuals to help keep you on track.
Stretch
Touch base and weigh in with a nutrition & wellness coach to help keep you focused on the overall goal. Initially, this meeting will include goal setting and measurements.
NUTRITION
Educational Seminar in a Group Setting. Topics include: understanding macro/micro nutrients, breaking your sugar addition, keeping a food diary, food shopping for better health and more!
